Aunt Judy Pumphrey used to fix corn pudding for family gatherings when I lived in Florida. I love her recipe, probably because it has sour cream in it.
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 stick melted butter
8oz sour cream
Blend. Pour into casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
